You also don’t have to go through the hassle of having to reorder your chosen Skinpods and Hairpods or risk forgetting to top-up before you run out.

Additionally, by getting a subscription model for your Skinpods or Hairpods, you will also be eligible for discounts, based on the quantity you subscribe to.

The offer you will be able to claim with the subscription model is the following:

This is a monthly recurring subscription which means that the subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled two business days before the date of the initial subscription purchase. For example, if you subscribed, and were charged, on the 7th of the Month, your next subscription will be charged on the 7th of the following Month.

To activate a subscription please go to the product page of your chosen Skinpod or Hairpod, scroll down, and below the ‘Add to cart’ button, you will see the option to Subscribe and save % off your subscription. Click on the ‘Save %’ button and you will be taken to your cart. Repeat this with each Skinpod or Hairpod you want in your monthly subscription.

Alternatively, you can simply ‘Add to cart’ whichever Skinpod OR Hairpod you choose and in your cart, you will see a clickable box titled ‘Subscription’. By selecting that box, you will be subscribed to that Skinpod or Hairpod.

Please keep in mind, you will need to be logged into your account or create an account upon purchase.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account that you used for the subscription,and select Subscriptions in the menu of your account. Scroll down to where you see ‘Actions’ and select ‘Cancel’.

You can cancel your subscription up to TWO business days before the date of the next billing. For example, if you subscribed and were charged on the 7th of the Month, your for next month subscription will be renewed and charged on the 7th of the following Month. Considering the subscription must be cancelled two business days before the date of renewal, if the date of renewal falls on a Monday, you would need to request a cancellation by Thursday of the previous week, due to the weekend.

This subscription is an automatic monthly renewal that will be active until cancelled at least two business days before the date of renewal.

Our subscription is a monthly-renewal model and will be automatically charged to your card on a monthly basis. At the moment you will be able to subscribe to the following models:

Subscription to ONE Skinpod or Hairpod, which will grant you a 10% discount on the full price of the Smartpod.

Subscription to TWO Skinpods or Hairpods, which will grant you a 15% discount on the full price of the Smartpods.

Subscription to THREE Skinpods or Hairpods, which will grant you a 20% discount on the full price of the Smartpods.

Subscription to FOUR or more Skinpods or Hairpods, which will grant you a 25% discount on the full price of the Smartpods.

No, you will not be able to receive a refund on your subscription once it is charged and shipped.

No, you cannot apply further discounts or use promo codes for your subscription model. By purchasing a subscription you will already be eligible for our discounted subscription offer based on the amount of Smartpods contained within the subscription.

Yes, you can update or modify your subscription. To modify or update your subscription please access your RÉDUIT Account. You can cancel your subscription and create a new one, or add additional Skinpods and Hairpods to your current subscription plan. Please keep in mind that you will need to complete any modifications or updates at least two business days before your automatic renewal.

Your subscription will be shipped on the date of initial subscription purchase. For example, if you purchased your subscription on the 7th of the Month, it will be shipped on the 7th of every month until cancelled. The exact date of delivery will depend on the location the order is being shipped to.
