BOOST – GENERAL
Press the power button once to start the program. A white light will turn on, indicating that BOOST is now turned on. Each following press of the button will activate the programs for your selected creams. The device will pulse every 5 seconds during treatment, as a reminder to change the position of the application area.
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off BOOST. Alternatively, after completing the routine, the device will turn off automatically.
Please charge your BOOST device before the first use as it may not be fully charged upon arrival.

In order to identify the problem, please try the following:
• Try to charge your BOOST device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED light to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery.
If after 5 minutes the LED light still does not respond, please make sure that:
• The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
• The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.
Should all the above actions fail to produce result, your BOOST product may be faulty. Please consult the Warranty and Returns page for full information on how to obtain a replacement.
BOOST comes with 6 preset cosmetic treatments, in this order:
1. Orange program – recommended for application of hydrating creams, serums, essences, lotions, masks
2. Blue program – recommended for application of cosmetics cleansers, exfoliants, serums, essences, lotions, masks
3. Green program – recommended for application of skin correcting creams, serums, essences, lotions, masks
4. Red program – recommended for application of anti-age creams, serums, essences, lotions, masks
5. Yellow program – recommended for application of cosmetic SPF creams
6. Red program – recommended for application of anti-wrinkle creams, serums, essences, lotions, masks
In order to experience full personalization benefits, we recommend downloading the APP, completing the profile info and uploading the products to the device through the APP.
BOOST is made of food-grade silicone and stainless steel. Food-grade silicone is safe, flexible, lightweight, easy to clean and has hygienic and hypoallergenic properties. Stainless steel 316 – also known as surgical stainless steel, used in medical applications – is safe, and can be used on all skin types without any reaction, but since it contains 10%-13% of nickel, those with hypersensitive skin may feel a reaction.

BOOST – PRODUCTS
BOOST is designed as a universal device, compatible with all skincare products – creams, serums, lotions and masks. Skin cleansing products, however, are not compatible with BOOST.
Yes, for optimal results. Vibrations (massage) will help stimulate local vascularity and collagen biosynthesis. However, these are long term effects (>6 months) so we recommend regular usage with skincare products to get the full benefits of enhanced delivery technology.

After creating the profile on your APP and pairing the device/product, clean and dry your face and neck carefully. Apply your selected product with hand/fingers the way you usually do. Then turn on BOOST and select the program for the type of product you are using.
You should glide BOOST over your skin, ensuring the contact of the device with the skin.
Yes, you should glide BOOST over your skin. In case you feel any friction, we recommend patting instead of gliding.
Each cream has different key ingredients and its corresponding waveform. Therefore, BOOST should be used with each cream separately, right after its application, with the program set for that specific cream.
Single treatment lasts for 30 seconds.
You should use BOOST with every skincare product application, as often as you usually use it.
BOOST – BATTERY
Connect the BOOST device to a power outlet using the included USB-C cable. Your BOOST device will glow red and pulse gently to indicate the battery is charging. A solid green light will turn on once your BOOST device is fully charged (after approximately 2 hours).
NOTICE: Make sure the USB-C charging port of the BOOST device is dry before charging.
Yes, BOOST uses a universal USB-C charger.
You should charge your BOOST device only when the LED indicator begins flashing red to tell you that the battery is running low.
This is an indication that your device needs charging.
When the battery is running low, BOOST will flash/blink red.

BOOST – CLEANING
Make sure the device is off. Your BOOST device is water resistant. For daily cleaning, wipe the surface of the application surface of BOOST with a dry tissue and polish to a nice shine. If the grooves are still not clean, and the residue is not removed, use a microfibre or soft cloth, dipped in warm water with a drop or two of dishwashing detergent. This will dissolve and remove any build-up of dried formulation. To quickly clean and polish the metal surface of your BOOST, use alcohol wipes, available at pharmacies.
It depends on your preferences, but our recommendation is to clean it after each usage to make sure there is no residue left from the products used.
BOOST APP
RÉDUIT BOOST is available for both the iOS and Android users. Download the app for your device in the App Store (for the iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for the Android devices)
BOOST is an app-enabled device and needs to be activated through the app the first time you use it. You need to create your profile and upload the skincare products you wish to use your BOOST with. BOOST will then adjust the waveforms and program the lights according to your skin’s needs.
If you are an iOS user, do the following:
1) Click on the Settings icon on your iPhone
2) Click on Bluetooth
3) Switch the toggle button, it should turn green once your Bluetooth is turned on.
If you are an Android user, do the following:
1) Click on the Settings icon on your Android phone
2) There is an option called “Connections” – open it
3) Switch the toggle button on “Bluetooth” if the Bluetooth is turned on, under the “Bluetooth” you should see “On”
If the APP is frozen, shut down the Application and open it again.
Please check if you have downloaded the newest version of the APP.
If this doesn’t resolve your problem, please check if you have the newest version of iOS/Android software.
You only need to be connected to the APP while you’re actively using and interacting with the APP. You do not have to keep the APP open or stay connected to your phone while the treatment is in progress.
Open the RÉDUIT BOOST APP, go to your profile and click on the “Delete Account” button.
You will be asked to enter your email address, then click on “Delete account” button and your APP account will be deleted.
Yes, you can. You just need to log in with your BOOST account.

3) You should see the current version of your APP under the “What’s New” subtitle

Yes, in order to use BOOST device, your location needs to be turned on.
You need to have either Wi-Fi turned on, or your mobile data package enabled.
Download the RÉDUIT APP to your smartphone and turn on Bluetooth. Press the start button on your BOOST once to turn it on. A blinking white light will indicate BOOST is in pairing mode. Follow the instructions in the APP to pair your BOOST device.
Yes, you can use the device without the RÉDUIT APP. However, to program your device you must go through the APP.

TAB Line:
BOOST – this is the main tab where you can see all the BOOST status info – battery level and the products you have selected as favorites. Using this tab you can:
– send products to BOOST by pressing the “play” button
– remove products from BOOST
– change the order / position between the products
MY PRODUCTS – this tab is where you can see all of the products you have scanned or searched for. Products in this list are still NOT on the BOOST. In order to push/add them to BOOST, you need to move them to favorites by clicking the EDIT button, selecting the product, and then clicking the MOVE TO FAVOURITES button.
ADD PRODUCTS – this tab is where you can add products. There are three ways to do it: scanning the EAN code, search and manually
PROFILE – this is the most important tab for the ultimate personalization. You need to complete your profile by answering a few short questions
PROFILE
Press the PROFILE button in the right hand corner of the MAIN TAB and select EDIT PROFILE
ADD PRODUCT
There are three ways to add products: by scanning their EAN code, searching for products, and adding them manually
Press the ADD PRODUCT button under the MAIN TAB and select SCAN PRODUCT
Scan the EAN code from the product packaging. The APP should recognize the product and offer you a Product Info page where you can:
– Add to My Product List – adding the product to this list will create a range of products which you can later add on BOOST. Products on this list are still NOT on your BOOST. In order to push them to BOOST, you need to move them to Favorites first.
– Add to Favorites – by adding a product to Favorites, you are creating a list of products that can be instantly pushed to BOOST.
Click on the ADD PRODUCT button under the MAIN TAB and select SEARCH
In the search tab type in the name of the product your are searching for and press the magnifying glass symbol.
To increase the chances of finding the product, please copy from the packaging both the brand and product names as closely as possible.
Once you see the list of available/offered products, select the one you wish to add. Product Info page will be shown, from which you can choose either to add it to your products or move it directly to the Favourites.
Click the ADD PRODUCT button of the MAIN TAB and select ADD MANUALLY
Write in the name of the product, select the type and the category and then either add it to your products or move it directly to the Favorites.
First, press the power button on the BOOST device.
When the white light on your BOOST stops blinking, click the CONNECT BOOST button on your APP. If you are connected, you will see percentage of the battery in the upper left corner.
To send a product programme to BOOST, click on this button (picture of the button). You will get the confirmation: BOOST save successfully
To delete a product from the Favorites, click on the crossed star button.
To change the order of the products, click on the product whose position you want to move and hold it, then drag & drop it to the desired position.
To be sure you have moved all of your products to BOOST, you should have the lights colours on the BOOST device in the same order as in this APP.
DEVICES AND TECHNOLOGY
You can turn on the device by pressing the button on your device to turn it on. Your device needs to have a Smartpod inserted before you attempt to turn it on, otherwise it will not work. If the Smartpod is not inserted correctly and you do not hear a click when you place it inside, the device won’t turn on. This single-button interface is used to turn on the device, switch program intensity while the device is working, and shut down the device.
You can turn off your device by pressing the button again, until the device vibrates and the treatment program stops.
You can charge the device by using the micro-USB charging cable you received and plugging it into the micro-USB outlet in the device. Make sure that the area is dry before charging. The device will take approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
The regular usage cycle, and the one that we recommend for optimal usage, is 15 seconds, which should give you enough time to cover all areas of the skin or hair. If you feel that time is insufficient you can always start another cycle.
After charging for 2 hours, you can use the device for up to 3 months.
Cleaning the device is quick and easy, wipe down your device using a wet wipe or towel, or just wash it with some water. That’s it!
Make sure that your Smartpod is placed inside in the correct position, and that you have heard an audible click when placing it inside. The device will not work if the Smartpod is not input correctly.
If your device is blinking or glowing in red, it means the battery is likely drained. In case the device is still working but is blinking in red, it means that your battery is running out and is close to being drained. Make sure to charge your device!
Did you make sure the Smartpod was put in correctly and you heard a click when you locked it in? If the Smartpod is not put in correctly, it will not work.
Another reason as to why your Smartpod might not be working is that the diffuser part isn’t dry (the circle in the middle). Make sure you wipe it with a napkin, cloth or cotton tip. If the device is dry, and the Smartpod is still not working it is possible that the liquid has crystallized. To fix that, all you need to do is use some water and a cotton tip or cloth to wipe it. Make sure it is dry when you are done.
RÉDUIT devices work by using proprietary enhanced delivery via RÉDUIT Magnetic Misting and Ultrasonic Diffusion and Magnetic Misting technologies, which you can read more about on our technology page here.
The LED treatment is exclusively available only when using LED Skinpods or LED Hairpods.
HOW TO USE THE TREATMENTS
Make sure your face is clean and you have no makeup on.
Remove the sealing cap from the selected Skinpod. Insert it gently into your RÉDUIT device and turn clockwise until you hear a click.
Press the power button to start the programme and your RÉDUIT device will light up.
Apply on dry skin from approximately 3 cm distance, covering all treatment areas.
Glide the device across your cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin, changing the targeted area every time the device vibrates.
The device will vibrate every five seconds to signal that it’s time to move to a different area.
Repeat this until the treatment is over or manually turn the device off by double clicking the on button.
After use, reattach the sealing cap, remove the Skinpod from the RÉDUIT device, and store it.
Do not massage, leave-in and wait 5 seconds before applying a new treatment to ensure product absorption.
Make sure your hair is freshly washed. Use on dry or damp hair.
Remove the sealing cap from the selected Hairpod. Insert it gently into your RÉDUIT device and turn clockwise until you hear a click.
Press the power button to start the programme and your RÉDUIT device will light up.
Glide and apply onto the lengths of your hair and ends, lock by lock, from 3 cm distance. Do not treat the scalp. Leave in.
Your RÉDUIT device will pulse every 5 seconds during treatment, as a reminder to change the position of the application area and will turn off automatically after one minute.
After use, reattach the sealing cap, remove the Hairpod from the RÉDUIT device, and store it.
Each RÉDUIT Smartpod provides multiple applications and are not single-use. The 5ml Skinpods are equivalent to 50ml of traditional skincare products, while 5ml Hairpods are equivalent to 100ml of haircare products. The exact number of times you will be able to use one Smartpod depends on how long you do the treatment and how often you use the boost function.
Depending on the Smartpod, each one can be used once or twice per day. You can find specific instructions on how often and when to use each Smartpod on their dedicated product page.

You can cancel your subscription up to TWO business days before the date of the next billing. For example, if you subscribed and were charged on the 7th of the Month, your for next month subscription will be renewed and charged on the 7th of the following Month. Considering the subscription must be cancelled two business days before the date of renewal, if the date of renewal falls on a Monday, you would need to request a cancellation by Thursday of the previous week, due to the weekend.
This subscription is an automatic monthly renewal that will be active until cancelled at least two business days before the date of renewal.

Yes, you can update or modify your subscription. To modify or update your subscription please access your RÉDUIT Account. You can cancel your subscription and create a new one, or add additional Skinpods and Hairpods to your current subscription plan. Please keep in mind that you will need to complete any modifications or updates at least two business days before your automatic renewal.
Your subscription will be shipped on the date of initial subscription purchase. For example, if you purchased your subscription on the 7th of the Month, it will be shipped on the 7th of every month until cancelled. The exact date of delivery will depend on the location the order is being shipped to.
WARRANTY AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION

The warranty is activated through registration on our site, please go to https://reduit.com/register/ to register your product.
To apply for a warranty, please contact us at customercare@reduit.com. Products bought at a retailer’s are also covered by our 2 year warranty policy. However, to be able to process the warranty activation for products bought outside of reduit.com we will need the copy of the invoice or receipt received by the retailer and/or the serial number of your device.
