PLACING AN ORDER
On completion of your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email is a confirmation that your order has been received by our team and it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after the confirmation of your order. If for any reason the order cannot be accepted we will contact you via the email address you provided when placing the order.
In the event that we cannot accept your order, we will refund you the amount paid. This may take up to 14 working days to appear back in your account.
To cancel or amend an order please contact our customer service team immediately at customercare@reduit.com. We are unable to cancel or redirect a delivery once it has been shipped.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide delivery meaning you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in.
This does not apply to the countries of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia. If an order is received from any of these countries, the customer will be refunded and redirected to our partner.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item(s) have been sent. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.
Our couriers deliver between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
We require a signature on delivery for all orders.
If no one is available at your address to accept the delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery date. If we are unable to contact you or re-arrange your delivery we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any devices purchased on our website, you may request a free return within 30 days of the date of delivery.
To return a device the following conditions must be met:
The devices must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item.
The devices must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
The returned items must be received by the agreed courier within 30 days after you received the delivery.
If all conditions are met, we will refund you the price of the devices purchased. In the event we cannot accept a return for any reason you may choose to have the devices returned to you at your own expense.

REDUIT devices come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems. To ensure proper warranty coverage, register your device at https://reduit.com/register/
If there is a defect in the device, RÉDUIT agrees to exchange the product with a new equivalent product. RÉDUIT warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use of the product.
To return a product the following conditions must be met:

The products must not have cosmetic damages during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
The returned items must be received by the agreed courier within 2 years after you received the delivery.
Depending on the returns method agreed you may be able to track the journey of your return as soon as it has reached the courier. We will notify you by email once your return has been received by us. Once your return has reached us it may take up to 14 working days to process.
Once we receive your return we need to process it and verify that all the terms and conditions of the refund are met. This may take up to 14 working days.
Once your return has been accepted we will notify you by email. We will refund the amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
You should receive your refund within 14 working days, however this may vary between banks.
Refunded amounts of orders placed using Paypal will be visible on your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving your refund confirmation.
