RÉDUIT devices come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems.

If there is a defect in the device, RÉDUIT agrees to exchange the product with a new equivalent product. RÉDUIT warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use of the product.

To return a product the following conditions must be met:

The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item.
The products must not have cosmetic damages during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
The returned items must be received by the agreed courier within 2 years after you received the delivery.

Products bought in retailer stores are covered by our 2-year warranty policy. To be able to process the warranty activation for products bought outside of reduit.com we will need the copy of the invoice received by the retailer and the serial number of your device.
